Drop in a screenshot and give it a background, padding, rounded corners, a shadow and a browser frame. Point things out with arrows, boxes and text, blur anything private, and save a PNG. Images are edited on your device and nothing is uploaded. It is free.
How to beautify a screenshot, step by step
- Drop an image on the page, paste it with Ctrl+V, or press Open a screenshot. Try an example shows what is possible.
- Choose a Background such as Dusk, Ocean, Mint, Peach, Slate, Paper, a Solid colour or None.
- Adjust Padding, Rounded corners and Shadow, and pick a Frame: None, Browser or Window.
- Choose a Shape for where it will be posted, such as 16:9 wide, 4:3, Square, 4:5 portrait or 9:16 tall.
- Add Arrow, Box, Text or Blur notes if needed.
- Choose the Export size and press Download PNG or Copy image.
Polished screenshots in a few clicks
A plain screenshot looks unfinished in a blog post, a pull request or a slide. Padding and a soft background give it room, rounded corners and a shadow lift it off the page, and a browser or window frame shows where it came from. Pick a shape like 16:9 or square to fit the place you will post it.
Pointing things out
Choose Arrow, Box or Text and drag or click on the picture. Blur hides email addresses, names or numbers by pixelating the area you drag over; the blurred pixels replace the original ones in the PNG. Use Move to select a note and drag it, then Delete selected or press Delete to remove it, and Undo to step back.
Tips
- Crop out anything you do not need before you start.
- Use a calm background so the screenshot stays the focus.
- Blur personal details before you share, and check the result at full size.
- Use the Address in the bar field to show a web address in the browser frame.
- Choose a square or 4:5 shape for social posts and 16:9 for slides.
Who uses it
Developers and writers illustrating tutorials and release notes, small businesses showing off an app or a website, teachers making slides, and anyone sharing a screenshot that should look neat. To hide faces in a photo instead, use blur faces.
Questions
Which images can I use?
PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF and any other image your browser can open. Paste straight from the clipboard after taking a screenshot, or drop a file onto the page.
Does it lower the quality?
No. The screenshot is drawn at its full size, so text stays sharp. Choose Double for extra-crisp results on high-resolution screens, or Half for a smaller file.
Can I keep the background transparent?
Yes. Choose None and the PNG keeps a transparent background around the rounded, shadowed screenshot.
Are my settings kept?
Your background, padding, corners, shadow, frame and colours are remembered on this device for next time. The screenshot and notes are not stored.
