Business cards, ready to print

Your logo, colours and details on the front, a QR code to your website on the back, ten cards to a sheet.

Your details
Look and print

The sheet is a PDF with ten cards on the first page and ten backs on the second, lined up for printing on both sides. Your details stay on this device. Design a clean business card with your name, contact details and logo, then print it at home or take the PDF to a print shop. It is free and private.

How to make a business card

  1. Under Your details, fill in your Name, Job title, Business, Phone, Email, Website and Address. If you have set up Your Snowkit, these are filled in for you.
  2. Under Look and print, choose a Main colour and a Font style: Clean sans, Classic serif, Rounded or Typewriter. Add a logo, or use Remove logo.
  3. Choose the Back of the card: a QR code to your website, a QR code that saves your contact, Logo only, or No back.
  4. Under Card and paper, pick the card size and paper, and tick Crop marks for cutting if you want them.
  5. Check the preview, then download the PDF.

Printing at home or at a print shop

Print at 100% or Actual size, not Fit to page, on thick card stock. For two-sided cards, print the first page, put the sheet back in the printer and print the second page so the backs line up; printers that flip on the long edge do this for you. Cut along the crop marks with a ruler and a sharp blade or a paper trimmer. A print shop can use the same PDF.

The QR code

The back can carry a QR code that opens your website, or one that saves your name, phone, email and website straight into the phone’s contacts. Test it with your phone camera before you print a batch.

Card sizes

Choose the US size of 3.5 by 2 inches or the European size of 85 by 55 millimetres, on Letter or A4 paper. Ten cards fit on one sheet either way, with crop marks if you want them.

Tips for a card people keep

  • Include only what people need: your name, what you do, and one or two ways to reach you.
  • Make the text big enough to read at a glance. Avoid very small print.
  • Leave plenty of empty space. A crowded card looks cheap.
  • Use a logo with a transparent background, in PNG or SVG, for the cleanest result.
  • Print a single sheet on plain paper first to check spelling, numbers and the size.
  • Use thicker card, around 250 to 350 gsm, for a more solid feel.

Who uses it

Freelancers and tradespeople, market stall owners, students entering the job market, and small business owners who need cards quickly. For digital contact, see the email signature maker and the link in bio page.
