Every job application, one clear board

Add each job you save or apply for, move it along as you hear back, and put follow-up reminders in your calendar.

All applications

    No applications yet

Add a job as soon as you find it. Move it along as you apply and hear back.

    Add an application

Mark an application as applied and a follow-up a week later is filled in for you.

Saved in this browser. Save a CSV now and then to keep a copy.

Your applications stay in this browser. Nothing is uploaded, and no account is needed. Keep every job you are chasing in one place, from saved to offer, with follow-up dates so nothing slips. It is free and private.

    How to use the board

Add a job as soon as you find it, under Saved. When you send your application, move it to Applied with the arrow buttons, and it gets a follow-up date a week later. Interview, Offer and Closed cover the rest. Edit a card to add the contact, salary or interview notes, and open the post again from its link.

    1. Press Add and fill in Company and Job title.
    2. Choose a Stage, and add Applied on and Follow up on dates if you know them.
    3. Add the Contact, a Link to the post, and any Notes.
    4. Press Add to save the card.
    5. Use the filters, All, Follow-up due, Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer and Closed, to see what needs attention.

Try examples fills the board with sample jobs so you can see how it works.

    Follow-up reminders in your calendar

Follow-ups to calendar saves a calendar file with every upcoming follow-up as an all-day event with a reminder. Open it to add them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The calendar button on a card saves just that one. A short, polite email about a week after applying often moves things along.

    Keeping a copy

Save as CSV gives you a spreadsheet of every application that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Import CSV adds applications from a file saved here or from a spreadsheet with columns such as Company, Job title, Stage and Applied on.

Because the board lives in this browser, clearing your browser data removes it. Save a CSV now and then as a backup, especially before switching computers.

Tips for a good job search

    • Save the link to the post. Listings are often taken down once the role is filled, and you will want the wording for interviews.
    • Write down the name of the person you spoke to, so your follow-up can be personal.
    • Record why you closed an application, such as declined, no reply or withdrew. Patterns show up over time.
    • Review the Follow-up due filter each morning.
    • Tailor each application. A matching cover letter helps it stand out.

    Who uses it

Students looking for internships, people changing careers, freelancers tracking pitches to new clients, and anyone applying to many roles at once and losing track of where each one stands.

    Questions

    Is my job search private?

Yes. The cards are stored only in your browser on this device. Nothing is sent to a server.

Can I use it on my phone and computer?

Each device keeps its own board. To move your list, save a CSV on one and use Import CSV on the other.

Can I import from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Use a CSV with columns such as Company, Job title, Stage and Applied on.

What happens to the follow-up date?

Moving a job to Applied sets a follow-up a week later. You can edit it on the card at any time.

    Where to next

Carry on with what you just made, still on your device.
