Check a writing record
Students can share a writing record from Snowkit Write to show how a piece was written. Drop the file here to confirm it has not been edited since it was exported.

What the check tells you
Every writing record ends with a check code made from its contents. If someone edits the file afterwards, for example to change the typing time or remove a paste, the code no longer matches.
- The check covers the file itself, not the writing. It cannot show whether text was copied from another tool by retyping it.
- A record that was opened and saved again by another program can fail the check even if nothing was changed. Ask for the original file.
- A record is evidence to discuss with the student, not a verdict. Read the guide for professors.
How students make one
In Snowkit Write, open the AI and writing record panel and choose Share a report. The record is kept privately on the student’s device until they share it.
