    Ideas without a date

Your plan is saved in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. Download a backup now and then to keep it safe or move it to another device. Plan your social media posts on a simple calendar, free and private.

      How to plan your content

      1. Press Add post, or click a day on the calendar.
      2. Give the post a Title, a Date and a Time.
      3. Choose the Platforms it goes to and add the Caption or notes and a Link.
      4. Set the status: idea, draft, ready, scheduled or posted.
      5. Use the Platform and Status filters, or Search posts, to find what you need. Choose whether the Week starts on Monday or Sunday.
      6. Use Duplicate to reuse a post, and Delete to remove one. Today jumps back to the current day.

Tips for a content plan that works

      • Plan a month at a time, then fill the gaps weekly.
      • Mix post types, such as tips, behind-the-scenes, offers and questions.
      • Reuse a good idea across platforms with a different caption for each.
      • Keep a running list of ideas with no date, so you never face a blank calendar.
      • Check your captions fit each platform with the caption checker, and design slides with the carousel maker.

      Who uses it

Small business owners, freelancers, clubs and charities, and creators who juggle several accounts and want everything in one view.

      Questions

How do I get the plan into Google Calendar or Outlook?

Download the .ics file and import it: in Google Calendar choose Settings, then Import and export; in Outlook or Apple Calendar open the file. Each post becomes an event with its caption and link, so reminders arrive on the right day.

Can I share it with my team?

Download the CSV to open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, or send the backup file to a teammate who imports it here. Importing adds posts without creating doubles.

Will I lose my plan if I clear my browser?

Clearing site data or using a private window removes it, so keep a backup. The backup is a small file you can import again at any time.

      Does it post for me?

No. It is a planner. Write and schedule the posts in each app, then mark them as scheduled or posted here.
