Your schedule stays in this browser and your Library. Nothing is uploaded, and no account is needed. Lay out your classes in a weekly timetable, then save it as a picture or add it to your calendar. It is free and private.
How to make a class schedule
- Press Add class, or click an empty spot in the week.
- Fill in the Class, Code, Type, Days, Starts, Ends, Room and Teacher, and pick a Colour.
- Press Add class to save. Click any class later to change it, or Delete to remove it.
- Choose a 24 h or 12 h clock, and turn on Weekend if you need it.
- Press Try an example to see a finished timetable.
Building your week
Add a class once with every day it meets, its start and end time, the room and a colour. Click an empty spot in the week to start a class there, and click any class to change it. Classes that overlap are marked, so clashes are easy to spot before term starts. The weekend appears on its own when a class falls on it, or turn it on for work shifts and study time.
On your phone and in your calendar
Save as image gives a sharp picture of the week, wide for printing or tall for a phone lock screen. Add to calendar saves one file that repeats each class weekly from the first to the last day of term, with an optional reminder, ready for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Set Term starts and Term ends first, then choose a Calendar reminder: None, 10 minutes before, 15 minutes before, 30 minutes before or 1 hour before. You can also use Copy as text to paste the timetable into a message.
Importing a list
Import CSV reads a spreadsheet with columns such as Class, Days, Start, End and Room, so a timetable exported from a school portal can be laid out in seconds. Days can be written as Mon Wed Fri, and times as 13:30 or 1:30 pm.
Tips for a workable timetable
- Use a different colour for each subject, so the week is easy to read at a glance.
- Add travel time and breaks as their own entries if you want to see the real day.
- Check clashes before term starts, while it is still easy to change options.
- Save a wallpaper version for your phone and a wide version for the fridge or desk.
Who uses it
School and university students, parents planning the family week, and part-time workers fitting classes around shifts. Pair it with the assignment planner to keep deadlines next to your lessons.
Questions
Is my timetable private?
Yes. It is stored only in your browser and is never sent to a server.
Can I use it for work shifts?
Yes. Turn on Weekend if needed and add each shift as a class.
Why do my calendar events repeat?
Each class repeats weekly between the term start and end dates you set, so you do not need to enter it every week.
