Each row is the same 24 hours. Tap an hour to pick it.

Working hours, 9 to 5 on weekdaysNightEveryone at work

Pick a date and time, and see it in each time zone you add, with daylight saving worked out for you. The meeting planner shows everyone's working hours side by side, so a good slot is easy to spot. It is free, with no ads and no sign-up.

How to compare time zones, step by step

    1. Add a city or time zone with Add a city or time zone. Add as many as you need.
    2. Choose Now, or set a date and time under Starting from.
    3. Read the time in every zone.
    4. In the Meeting planner, tap an hour to move the time there and see it in every zone at once.
    5. Press Copy link to this time to share the exact time with everyone in the list.

    Daylight saving, handled

Clocks change on different dates in different countries, and some places never change at all. Every time here is worked out by your browser's own time zone database for the exact date you pick, so a meeting next spring shows the offset that will apply then, not today's.

    Finding a meeting time

The planner lines up the same 24 hours for every city. Working hours, 9 to 5 on weekdays, are shaded, and the bottom row turns green where they overlap for everyone. Tap any hour to move the time there and see it in every zone at once.

    Sharing a time

Copy link makes a web address that holds only the time and the zones you picked, so whoever opens it sees the same comparison in their own browser. Your list of zones is also remembered on this device for next time.

    Tips for scheduling across zones

    • Write the zone next to every time you share, such as 3 pm Eastern.
    • Check the date as well as the time, because the day can differ.
    • Be careful in March, April, October and November, when clocks change on different dates in different places.
    • Rotate inconvenient meeting times fairly between teams.

    Who uses it

Remote teams, freelancers with clients abroad, students and teachers in online classes, families with relatives overseas, and anyone planning a call, a livestream or a trip. For a wake-up or a reminder, use the online alarm.
