Kept in this browser and in your Library.

Your payments stay in this browser and your Library. Nothing is uploaded, and no account is needed. Keep track of who has paid you, who still owes you and how much you have earned this year. It is free and private.

    How to track your income

    1. Press Add and fill in the Client, what it is For, the Amount and the Invoice number.
    2. Enter the Invoiced on date and the Due on date. Fill in Paid on and Paid by when the money arrives.
    3. Add any Notes, then press Add to save.
    4. Use the filters, All payments, Still owed, Overdue and Paid, to see what needs attention.
    5. Press Try examples to see sample data, or Import CSV to bring in your own list.

    Owed, overdue and paid

Add each job with the client, the amount and when it is due. Until you fill in Paid on it counts as owed, and once the due date passes it moves to the top as overdue. The check button marks a payment as paid today. Filter by client in the sidebar to see what one client has paid and still owes.

    Your invoices, brought in

If you make invoices with the invoice maker on this device, Bring in invoices adds each one with its client, total and due date, and updates any you already have by invoice number. Invoices marked paid there come in as paid. Send reminders opens the invoice maker, where overdue invoices have a polite reminder email ready.

    The year at a glance

The totals and the chart count money by the day it arrived, so the year matches what landed in your account. Set a percentage to see how much to put aside for tax. If you track costs in the expense ledger, your expenses for the same year and currency are taken off to show what you kept. Save as CSV gives a spreadsheet for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, and Import CSV reads one back.

Tips for getting paid on time

    • Send the invoice the day the work is done, with a clear due date.
    • Check the Overdue list weekly and send a polite reminder early.
    • Record the payment method. It helps when you reconcile your bank account.
    • Set a percentage aside for tax every time money arrives, so there is no surprise later.
    • Save a CSV regularly as a backup, since the tracker lives in this browser.

    Who uses it

Freelancers, contractors, tutors and small business owners who want a simple view of earnings without accounting software. Create invoices with the invoice maker and record costs in the expense ledger.

    Questions

    Is my financial information private?

Yes. It is stored in this browser only and never uploaded.

    Is this tax advice?

No. The set-aside figure is a simple percentage you choose. Ask a professional what you owe.

Can I use more than one currency?

Yes. Totals are kept by currency, so nothing is converted without your knowledge.

    Where to next

Carry on with what you just made, still on your device.
