What it does

Plan an essay, report or article from a ready structure, with your main point, the points for each section and a word budget that adds up. Then start writing in Write desk.

Steps

  1. Choose a structure under Start from, or begin with a blank outline.
  2. Set the Length in words you are aiming for.
  3. Write your Main point.
  4. Fill in the points for each section. Add, rename, reorder or delete sections with Add a section and the section controls.
  5. Press Copy outline or Save as Markdown, or press Start writing to move on to the draft.
