What it does

Turn any PDF into a fillable form. Drag text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns and signature boxes onto the pages and save a real PDF form. Runs in your browser.

Steps

1. Open the PDF by dropping it on the page or pressing Choose a PDF.
2. Pick a field type: Text, Paragraph, Checkbox, Dropdown or Signature.
3. Click on a page to drop a field, or drag to draw it the size you want.
4. Select a field to set its Name, its choices if it is a dropdown, and whether it is Required.
5. Choose the text size in fields, then press Save fillable PDF.
