Steps

1. Choose the Sound you want: sound from the screen or tab, and My microphone for a voice-over.
2. Choose the Quality: Standard or High. Turn the 3 second countdown on if you want time to get ready.
3. Press Start recording and choose what to share.
4. Use Pause and resume as needed, then press Stop.
5. Check the video and press Download video.
