What it does

Write one letter or label with fields like {{name}}, add an Excel or CSV list, and get a PDF or Word file with one for every row. Made on your device.

Steps

  1. Press Try an example if you want to see how it works first, or start with your own.
  2. In Your list, use Open a spreadsheet to add an Excel, OpenDocument or CSV file, or paste from a spreadsheet. The first row must hold the column names.
  3. In Your letter, write the text. Click a column name to insert it where the cursor is.
  4. Check the Preview and step through a few rows to make sure each letter reads well.
  5. Choose one PDF, a zip of PDFs or one Word file, and the page size, then press the button to save.
